Traders must apply to trade a minimum of two months prior to the event that they wish to attend.  Documents must be sent in with the event traders application form (50KB Word)

Payment is required in advance of each event and failure to pay may result in your pitch being given to another trader on a waiting list.

Please register your request to trade by email to and fill in the application form in full along with all the requested documents.

Registration doesn’t guarantee a space - we will contact you to advise whether you have been successful and to ask that you submit all necessary documents along with payment.
