On Saturday 8 June a new weekly food market inside Lloyd Park will be opening its doors to customers.
Situated in a beautiful location just outside the William Morris Gallery, the aim of Lloyd Park Market is to showcase the highest quality food London has to offer. So at the market, as well as amazing quality farmers and local producers, you’ll also be to find some of London’s street food stalls and drinks producer. Everything at the market will be curated with the objective of providing local residents with the perfect environment to spend a relaxing Saturday.
Therefore as well as being able to pick up season organic vegetables, an organic chicken or a locally baked loaf of bread, you’ll be able to grab an amazing lunch by the likes of burger legends Mother Flipper, Little Leaf vegan pizza or Carcass fire cooked steaks plus much more. Then sit down and eat it in the sun with a cold locally brewed beer. The market will even have a Doggie Deli so four legged customers won’t miss out on the fun
Lloyd Park Market will also showcase food social enterprises, so for example the bread stall will be from Breadwinners, a social enterprise that trains and employs unemployed refugees.
Lloyd Park Market is brought to you by the team behind the award winning Victoria Park Market, which has established itself as one of the most popular and high quality food markets in London over the past two years.
