What is planned?

The plan is for 81 apartments and three houses to be built for Newlon Housing Trust on land adjacent to 132 Dunedin Road.  The development has been named Nest

The project includes:

  • Three houses for affordable rent
  • Eight apartments for affordable rent
  • 61 apartments for shared ownership
  • 12 apartments for private sale
  • 27 car parking spaces
  • 135 cycle parking spaces

Who is doing the work?

Hill Construction is building this project for Newlon Housing Trust.

What happens when?

Work started in February 2017.

During Spring 2018 windows were installed, internal walls built and brickwork cladding added to the buildings.

Building should be finished by February 2019 and first residents are due to move in by May 2019.
