Our Parks
Our Parks is a free fitness programme which takes place in parks across London. There are regular classes in Ridgeway Park.
Saturdays, 9am to 10am, Bootcamp. Meet by the children’s playground.
Green Gym, Tuesdays, 10am am 1pm,
Meet park keepers hut, 9.45am
Get fit, improve your local environment and make new friends. Volunteer activities include wildflower and bulb planting, creating hedgerows and building raise beds, Wear sturdy footwear and outdoor clothing. Bring a packed lunch. Bananas and hot drinks provided.
