Sexual Health Week 2017

11 September 2017

Alert

For Sexual Health Week this year, we're talking about porn.

We want to support people to have more open discussions about pornography and related topics such as body image, consent, communication, safer sex, addiction and the difference between fantasy and reality. Some top tips for conversations can be found here.

The sexual health charity, FPA will be providing useful resources to support teachers, parents, carers, and health professionals to discuss subjects related to porn with young people.

You can order your free resource pack here or contact FPA on 020 7608 5265 or visit www.fpa.org.uk/LetsTalkPorn for more information.

Come along to one of our outreach activities happening over sexual health week to speak to one of our friendly advisers about local support (see schedule below). Alternatively contact Jacqui on Jacqui.king@walthamforest.gov.uk for sexual health advice and support for young people available in Waltham Forest.
