Who we are Click to get info

Start-ups in London Libraries (SiLL) supports people from all walks of life to turn their business idea into reality, by establishing a coordinated network of business support through public libraries across 10 London boroughs. SiLL breaks down barriers to entrepreneurship, giving people the skills, information, confidence and connections they need to turn their ideas into viable businesses.

SiLL is a three-year project, led in partnership by Waltham Forest Council and the British Library’s Business & IP Centre (BIPC), providing a ‘grassroots’ solution to business support.
