Waltham Forest parking permits

You’ll need a parking permit to park in controlled parking zones in the borough. Download the controlled parking zones list (182KB, PDF)

There are several types of permit for residents, businesses and other types of users including doctors.

You can apply if you meet the requirements for each permit, but you won’t be given a permit if your vehicle has outstanding unchallenged parking penalties.

You can apply online, by post or in post at one of our Library Plus branches.
