Meetings since May 2005

The council records and publishes the agendas, reports and minutes of its meetings including cabinet, committee and sub-committee meetings on its modern.gov website.

Help viewing the documents

Once located, you can view the documents online or download extracts.

• Agendas set out the business to be discussed at meetings, the venue, date and time of the meeting and the attendees, and will be available at least five clear working days before the meeting.
• Reports are documents prepared for a meeting which often set out recommendations and the reasons for those recommendations, and will be available as part of an agenda or other paperwork provided for an individual decision.
• Decisions and minutes We aim to publish a decision summary within two working days, and draft minutes of meetings within two weeks of the meeting.

Full details of memberships for the current municipal year of all council committees, panels, and representations on external groups can be viewed in the ModernGov pages of the website, along with agendas and minutes of all council and committee meetings from May 2005 onwards.
