Who we are and what we do
The Neighbourhoods Team is part of the Neighbourhoods and Environment Directorate. The team addresses various resident concerns including:
- Street cleansing
- Refuse collection.
- Littering
- Fly-tipping
- Graffiti
- Flyposting
- Highways obstruction
- Abandoned vehicles
- Anti-social behaviour issues.

Why we need your information and how we use it
The processing and use of your personal data are governed by our compliance with legal obligations, including the Environmental Protection Act 1990, Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, Control of Pollution Act 1990, Highways Act 1980, London Local Authorities Act 1990, and Prevention of Damage by Pests Act 1949.

- Provide services you have requested from us.
- Enable us to carry out specific functions for which we are responsible.
- Derive statistics that inform decisions, such as the funding of community safety projects.

We will usually collect your personal data directly from you through registration forms or direct communications. If we receive your information from another source, we will inform you within a reasonable period.
