The mission of Lloyd Park Children's Charity (TLPCC) is to build brighter futures for children and their families in the community. Their vision is to ensure every child has the best start in life.
As well as running two ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted-rated nurseries and a nursery in Chingford, they deliver Family Hub Services for all families across the borough of Waltham Forest.
They offer a range of services, including:
- Digital equality programme
- A dedicated Baby Bank
- Early Years social prescribing
- Breakfast and after school clubs
- Holiday club
TLPCC is based from 2 locations: The Higham Hill Centre and The Lloyd Park Centre.
Family Hubs
The Family Hubs programme provides a wide range of information, activities and services in your local area including health, learning and play activities, childcare, family support, employment support, housing advice, money and benefits advice and much more.
We know that all families need support from time to time to look after their wellbeing and help their babies and children thrive.
Best Start in Life
Family Hubs activities for children aged 0 to 5 are part of Best Start in Life, a government-funded programme supporting Waltham Forest's parents and carers with their children’s growth.
You can find Best Start in Life services in all four Family Hubs and other community spaces throughout every neighbourhood in the borough.

- Grow Wild
- Outdoor Dads' Club at Grow Wild (Morning and Afternoon)
- Young Parents Group
- Family Support
