Gangs Unite is a community led organisation that specialises in high risk gang conflict resolution, mediation and mentoring.
They reach and connect young people with the care and services that they need whilst raising awareness around the dangers of youth violence and the negative impact it has on the community.
This is done alongside the promotion of positive avenues for change and rehabilitation in a family-like, safe environment.
