Waltham Forest Conscious Care Community | Waltham Forest Conscious Care Community consists of a variety of peer support groups for people experiencing mental illness. Groups include Post Natal Depression; Eating Disorders and Body Dysmorphia; Anxiety and Depression by using Creative Writing; Sketch Appeal for the non-artist; Body Movement for women. Other groups are for parents/carers of a child with a physical disability and one for parents/carers with a child with autism and/or ADHD. |
