Change Grow Live (CGL)

Change Grow Live (CGL) is a free, safe and confidential drug and alcohol service. There are a range of ways we can support you if you are having issues with drugs or alcohol. Their service is a safe and confidential space for you. Around alcohol, they offer one-to-one key working, therapies, and support groups. For drugs, you can get harm reduction advice at our needle exchange.

• Group programme
• Medical assessment for opiate substitute treatment and on-site prescribing
• One-to-one counselling
• Alcohol treatment (including detox)
• Advice and information
