The Discovery Space

The Discovery Space is a local community space for people to come together and share and explore their thoughts, it is a local service run by local professional coaches to provide a complimentary service for their community.

During sessions, coaches hold a space for 2 to 12 people to come together to facilitate completely free-of-charge sessions around topics from mental health to 'community discovery'.

The following sessions are currently held monthly:

• South Chingford Community Library is on the first Wednesday of the month (NoorWorks)
• Hale End Library on the third Wednesday of the month (NoorWorks)

Sessions held ad hoc:

• Discovery Space and Rheumatoid Arthritis (The Inner Room)

They have also created a number of one-off projects around youth work and the pandemic.

This service is suitable for:

• Those with mental health needs and those who are isolated or lonely. A place for community discovery.
