East London Rape Crisis Service provides free, confidential specialist help for women and girls who have been raped or experienced any other form of sexual violence at any time in their lives.

The East London Rape Crisis helpline is for women, girls, their friends, family and professionals. Open six days a week, support is offered by phone, email and online chat. Individuals do not have to give any personal details to access this service. If wishing to remain anonymous please call us or use online chat initially rather than emailing.

They offer a counselling service depending on the woman’s situation: specialist individual counselling; pre-trial support for women who are engaged in, or are considering legal proceedings; workshops and therapeutic support groups.
