NEWPIN (New Parent Infant Network)

NEWPIN is a unique support service for mothers or fathers with at least one under 5 year old who are finding parenting very difficult. Any parent is welcome to this free, friendly, non-judgmental, non-statutory group with lots of peer support and group discussion about why parents are troubled, often going back to the adults' own childhoods. Children and babies are looked after in the therapeutic playroom.

We meet on Fridays between 12.30 and 2.30pm in Leytonstone.

Referral required and eligibility

• Parents can refer themselves and professionals can refer parents, and send them an email.

This service is suitable for

• Parents with a child under 5 years old.
