The Skills Within are a community focused non profit organisation providing project management services to individuals and businesses. They create events and opportunities with their project partners for the benefit of the community.
Their current project runs on Thursdays and Fridays 12pm to 6pm in collaboration with Waltham Forest Council. They provide a community living room space for the local community to come and socialise, enjoy activities and workshops, access services, as well as free food & drinks.

The IT Club delivered by Crest
A new project starting in July in a relaxed community setting in central Walthamstow, providing tailored IT skills training for anyone who experiences a mental illness and who feels they would benefit from one-to-one support.
All sessions are free and designed to meet the needs of the individual. No experience or equipment is needed.

Participants will need to book via a phone call to the staff who are managing this project
Aimed at anyone who experiences any form of mental health issue and especially if socially isolated
