Strength Training for over-30s at Yoked Fitness helps older adults tone up, lean up, and transform their health.

They host classes online via Zoom Monday to Thursday and in person classes on Fridays at Higham Hill Hub.

Sessions combine:

  • strength
  • balance
  • and bodyweight exercises

alongside a social group and group discussions on health topics such as:

  • nutrition
  • exercise
  • stress
  • and sleep
