Costs
The owner must pay for any work we do to remove the risk.
What happens next?
After we get your report, a surveyor will visit the site to assess the danger and any risks.
If the structure is not dangerous, we'll ask the owner to remove the risk in 14 to 28 days.
If the owner doesn’t remove the risk, we can get a court order requiring them to do so.
If they don't comply with the order, we’ll carry out the work ourselves.
