As the warm weather of summer approaches we will like to encourage our residents to enjoy the weather but stay safe and keep cool over the hot periods
Here are some top tips:
Stay out of the heat when very hot:
- Stay out of the sun when it is very hot
- Don't go out between 11am and 3pm (the hottest part of the day) especially if you're vulnerable to the effects of heat.
Cool yourself down:
