Equipment Works (formerly Parkdale), Walthamstow

Equipment Works is the name for the mixed use development planned on the Parkdale Industrial site, on Forest Road, Walthamstow, that is now owned by Telford Homes

What is planned?

The development includes:

• 337 new homes including:
• 32 for social rent
• 48 affordable homes
• 257 homes for private sale
• a workspace building with 1,750 sq. metres of  business uses

What happens when?

Telford Homes is due to start demolition in autumn 2018.

Construction work is due to start in spring 2019

The scheme should be completed during 2022.
