Household Support Fund

The Council has started making further payments of assistance under the Government’s Household Support Fund.  Payments began to be sent during week commencing 12 December 2022 by way of a Post Office voucher which are automatically sent to people who are entitled to assistance.

Part of the fund has been used to increase the amount of money available to the Local Welfare Assistance scheme.  You can make a claim by completing our Local Welfare Assistance application form.
