Pak Cultural Society

Founded in 2007, Pak Cultural Society is a UK based organisation with a large membership representing people of both Pakistani and British Pakistani origin.

Pak Cultural Society aims to provide a platform to the local community for carrying out social and cultural activities to celebrate cultural diversity and recognise important national days.

In the past they have held festivals and historical events with special emphasis to:

• develop the creative skills of the youth
• raise awareness about health and wellbeing
• contribute to social cohesion
• and promote understanding of diverse social and cultural values.

The Society also aims to undertake activities to help communities alleviate poverty, and improve quality of life in various parts of the world through partnership or consortia arrangements.

They run frequent meetings, seminars and cultural events.
