GB Carnival create vibrant, multi-scale performances to showcase the artistic excellence and diversity of all the global Carnival styles in Britain

They are a dynamic company of multi-disciplined artists practising inclusive and accessible community arts. They collaborate in and with neighbourhood communities and use Carnival Arts to transform participants and spectators into artists and performers. Together, they create visually spectacular processional performances, which celebrate heritage, diversity, culture and society and create joy for artists, participants and spectators alike.

They also create parades and outdoor events in community neighbourhoods. They run Carnival Arts workshops that develop transferable skills and explore themes such as: mental, physical health and wellbeing, heritage and ancestral knowledge, community, local and global environment and society. Wherever possible they work with sustainable materials and encourage reuse, recycle and repurpose.
