City to Sea campaign

City to Sea are an environmental not-for-profit campaigning to stop plastic pollution at source. Since its launch, Refill has grown into a global movement with over 400 Refill Schemes across the world - from Japan to Australia to Latin America. Refill works by connecting people with locations where they can refill and avoid less waste.

World Refill Day on June 16 is a Global Day of Action to prevent plastic pollution and help people live with less waste. This year we’re reimagining the future and working to accelerate the transition away from single-use plastic and towards a circular future where reuse and refill are the norm.

Anyone can download the free app and find local Refill Stations within the borough via a sticker in their window, letting everyone know they are welcome to come in and fill up.
