Each week there will be chair based exercise, tea or a hot drink of your choice and snacks. Offering a chance to socialise together before enjoying the afternoons entertainment. The entertainment is a rolling programme of cinema, song, smart phone photography and special guests.

Once a month there will be special entertainment, such as music, talks, or something more unusual.

14 November, singing for fun

28 November, bead jewellery making 

There will also be an exhibition and celebration in Back to Ours Cafe on 9 January 2025.
