Waltham Forest stands against Islamophobia. This Islamophobia Awareness Month, here’s some of the work we’re doing:
- Hosting assemblies in schools starting next week to show how small positive actions can lead to real change
- Themed pop-ups in libraries throughout the month
- Working with mosques to promote hate crime reporting

We are also celebrating Islamic art and culture with the new exhibition at the William Morris Gallery opening to the public from Saturday 9 November 2024.
