The parking team has a dedicated phone line 0203 092 0112
- Option 1 for Clamp/removal queries. Monday to Saturday 7am to 10pm and Sunday 8am to 8pm
- Option 2 for Pay your PCN, automated line.
- Option 3 for Parking permit enquiries. Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm and Saturday 8am to 2pm (until 27 July 2024)
- Option 4 for Parking enforcement/To Report Blue Badge Fraud. To request parking enforcement for unlawfully parked vehicles. Examples include vehicles parked unlawfully on school markings or blocking your driveway. Monday to Saturday 6am to 10:30pm and Sunday 7:30am to 10:30pm
- Option 5 for information on making reps and challenges, automated information only
- Option 6 for PCN Enquiries. Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
- Option 7 for Suspensions/Dispensations. Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm
