Book a site visit

We've temporarily reduced the number of site inspections our Building Control Service carries out on small domestic projects.

We will assess each request on a case by case basis. However, it is likely that we'll provide a ‘virtual site inspection’ by accepting photographs and short video clips from the builder, contractor or homeowner. Please give advance notice if possible, so we can assist you. 

For larger developments, our aim is for an officer to visit the site, particularly at the early stages of a project. All online services are continuing as usual.
