Public Inquiry

The reason for the inquiry is the Appeal against the decision of the London Borough of Waltham Forest to refuse to grant a Certificate of Lawful (LDC) for Use of property as 6 person Houses of Multiple Occupation HMO (Use Class C4) under application reference: 211179 at 16 Newport Road Leyton London E10 6PJ

E Griffin LLB Hons – (An Inspector, appointed by the Secretary of State) under paragraph 1(1) of schedule 6 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to determine the appeals will attend at The Melsetter Suite, 1st Floor, Waltham Forest Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, Walthamstow, E17 4JF.  

The inquiry will last for two days, commencing at 10:00am on Thursday 5th October 2023 and continuing Friday 6th October 2023.
