What is planned?
Pocket Living is proposing:
- demolition of existing building
- construction of a part 3, part 4, part 5 storey building accommodating 90 Pocket Homes (100 per cent affordable at discounted market sale)
- private and communal amenity space
- waste facilities
- cycle storage
- two off-street accessible car parking spaces.
Planning application
A planning application, reference number 194037, was validated on Monday 23 December 2019 and the statutory consultation took place.
The planning applications was approved, subject to conditions, by the Planning Committee at a virtual meeting on Tuesday 5 May.
