Apply for primary school

Some schools need extra information we do not collect on our application form. These are called Supplementary Information Forms (SIF) and/or Certificate of Catholic Practice (CCP).  You will still need to complete an online or paper form, as the SIF and CCP are in addition to completing the application form. 

The schools listed below would like you to complete a SIF and/or CCP to support your child’s application for a place at their school.  This should be completed and returned directly to the school, or the address on the form by the date indicated.  Please visit the school website or see below for a copy of their SIF or CCP (click on the school’s name):

• St Mary's Catholic Primary School
• St Mary's Church of England Primary School
• St Joseph's Infant School
• Our Lady and St. George's Primary School
• St Patrick's Catholic Primary School 
• St Saviour's Church of England Primary School 

If you do not complete a SIF or CCP it is possible that your child may not be offered a place at the school.
