Apply for secondary school

Some schools need extra information we don’t collect on our application form. You will still need to complete an online or paper form, as this is in addition to completing the application form.

The schools listed below would like you to complete a Supplementary Information Form (SIF) and/or Certificate of Catholic Practice (CCP) to support your child’s application for a place at their school. This should be completed and returned directly to the school, or the address on the form, by the date indicated. Please click on the school’s name below to visit the school website or for a copy of the SIF or CCP:

  • Chingford Foundation Supplementary Information Form
• Highams Park School (PDF)
  • Highams Park Supplementary Information Form
• Holy Family Catholic School
  • Certificate of Catholic Practice Reference form for other Christian traditions 

If a SIF and, or CCP is not completed your child may not being offered a place at the school.
