Universal Credit and help with your rent

You need to apply for Universal Credit online.

If you don’t have access to the internet, you can use one of the PCs at the following:

• Walthamstow Library 
• Leyton Library 
• North Chingford Library
• Higham Hill Library 
• Wood Street Library
• Lea Bridge Library
• Hale End Library
• JobCentre Plus Walthamstow

You'll need a library card for PC access.
