Storage, explosives and poisons licence

Shops require a licence from us to store fireworks for sale, or they risk a fine or prison sentence

All traders who intend to store mixed explosives must be registered yearly (includes car dealers/garages)

As of 26 May 2015, retailers no longer need to register with the council to sell Part 2 poisons due to the Deregulation Act 2015.
