Building Safety commitment for Council leaseholders

Our building safety works fall under the major works categories. Leaseholders will need to be consulted separately and also make contributions to the works.
Leaseholders will be consulted under the Section 20 process. They are invited to submit observations about the works before they begin. We will write to leaseholders prior to the works beginning in their building. This will include an estimate of the charges. Once the works have been completed, we will issue leaseholders with a final account. We have a variety of payment options for leaseholders, which will be confirmed when we send the invoices.
