Building safety commitment

The government plans to introduce new building safety legislation in the wake of the Grenfell tragedy. Ahead of this, we decided to review the building structure and materials used in all our high-rise buildings (over 18 metres). We commissioned the Fire Engineer reports as part of our commitment to ensure every resident has a safe home. 

We are acting now, by rigorously testing all our high-rise buildings. These are being examined by independent experts, in line with updated Government guidelines on ensuring modern building safety standards nationwide.
