Who can order?
London Borough of Waltham Forest leaseholders with a flat in a communal block or gated premise.
London Borough of Waltham Forest tenants living in a communal block, flat or gated premise.
Keys and fobs price list
- Multi lock: £27 each
- Fobs (entrance and garage) £13.35 for the first one. Additional £7.02 per extra fob
Collection
Please note that for security reasons, we do not send the keys in the post.
The collection point for keys or fobs is the Walthamstow Library.
We will always try to provide you with a copy of your key or fob as soon as possible. However, depending on the type of key or fob, this can take up to 18 days.
Please note that you will need to bring two forms of ID when collecting your key/fob.
Examples of valid proof of ID:
- Valid passport
- Driving licence
- Council tax bill (current year)
- Utility bills (electricity, gas, water, home internet) dated from the last three months
Faulty fobs
If your fob isn't working, please call 0208 496 3000 and select Housing to report it. We will arrange a repair or replacement.
