Waltham Forest Integrated Offender Management (IOM) scheme brings a multiple-agency response to the crime and re-offending threats faced by residents in the borough.
Agencies work in partnership, to jointly identify and manage the most persistent and violent offenders.
Waltham Forest IOM helps to improve the quality of life in the borough by:
- reducing the negative impact of crime and re-offending
- reducing the number of people who become victims of crime
- helping to improve residents’ confidence in the criminal justice system
