Person-centred review

A Person Centred Review puts the child/young person and their parents at the heart of the process – not the service. The child must fully take part in this review.
Participants will give their views in a less formal way so that:
- Everyone accounts for the experiences of the person, their family and those supporting them when reviewing how things are going
- People are made to feel comfortable and able to express themselves honestly
- Everyone can recognise and celebrate what is working, and discuss what isn't working so well. This leads to jointly agreed outcomes.
