There are lots of choices to be made. When you’re ready, look and see which ones could work for you.

National Careers Service

Call the National Careers Service exam results helpline for information and advice about careers, further education, employment, and exam results.

Call 0800 100 900 to speak to an adviser or chat online.

Lines are available from:

  • 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday
  • 10am to 5pm Saturday

Support for young people with an Education, Health and Care plan

Our SEND service works with children and young people who have an Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan. Your SEND Officer will help you with making decisions about what you want to do in the future including education and work. senteam@walthamforest.gov.uk  020 8496 6595

Support for young people in care or care leavers

If the stress of exam results is affecting your health

You can get help by registering anonymously with Kooth, giving you access to online support and counselling whenever you need it. Professional counsellors are available for one-to-one chat sessions from 6pm to 10pm on weekdays, and from 12noon until 10pm on weekends.
