Public Notice: seizure of vehicle

A Silver Peugeot van, with registration AK05 GCY, was seized by Waltham Forest Council on Thursday 29 August 2024 at 8.18am on Sanderstead Road, Lea Bridge, E10. The seizure relates to a series of fly tipping offences under Section 5 of the Control of Pollution (Amendment) Act 1989 and Section 34B of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

You must provide the following documents to recover this vehicle:

• Proof of ownership (DVLA V5C form or receipt of payment)
• Valid vehicle insurance certificate
• Photo ID (Passport or Driver's Licence)

Important:

The vehicle must be reclaimed within 15 days of this notice.

Unclaimed vehicles will be destroyed after the deadline.
