Public Notice - Seizure of Vehicle

A white Ford van, registration YT56 XNF, was seized by Waltham Forest Council on Thursday 11 April 2024 at 2.30pm on Burwell Road, Lea Bridge, E10. The seizure relates to a fly tipping offence under Section 5 of the Control of Pollution (Amendment) Act 1989 and Section 34B of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

To recover this Vehicle:

You must provide the following documents to recover this vehicle:

• Proof of ownership (DVLA V5C form or receipt of payment)
• Valid vehicle insurance certificate
• Photo ID (Passport or Driver's Licence)

Important:

The vehicle must be reclaimed within 15 days of this notice.

Unclaimed vehicles will be destroyed after the deadline.
