We’re committed to connecting residents with good jobs. Working with employers in four sectors (construction, hospitality, facilities management and security) we've identified an urgent need for several types of job role, which we're helping to fill with fast track pathways for you.

Our jobs pathways are:

• Fully personalised to you: you’ll be dealing with a specialised Council officer, who’ll help you along the way with one to one support.
• Clear and simple, and we’re around to help when needed.
• Fully funded, if training is needed.
• With a good job at the end.

If training is part of your jobs pathways, we can also put you into work during the training if preferred.
